Watermelon Coolers
Serves 2
4 cups coarsely chopped seeded watermelon
(from a 3-lb piece, rind discarded)
1 cup (1/2 pint) vanilla ice cream
Blend watermelon and ice cream in
a blender until smooth. Poor into
glasses and serve garnish with slice
of watermelon (optional).
